Day 1

Today I’d like you to do something that you might not normally do. To take your mind somewhere it might not normally go.

Today I’m asking you to throw yourself in to the Arts to stretch your mind in ways it might not be used to.

Day 2

Today I’m suggesting that you get yourself a morning ritual?

Why is it so important? After all, you wake up and that might seem as much of a ritual as you want.

I’m going to suggest some of the simple ways you can change your morning and have a better day than you thought possible.

Day 3

Today I want you to come up with 10 new ideas.

What? You might wish you could come up with one new idea and the problem often is that, when you need to come up with a good idea, ideas have deserted you.

But how about if I told you that there is a way to get these creative bursts whenever you need them? A way for you to fire creatively at will.

Day 4

Today I want you to take a look at the areas of your life that are a Hell Yes! What do I mean by this?

You know when you really want to do something, when you’re excited at least by the idea, if not all the steps it’s going to take to execute the idea.

Day 6

Today I’m going to challenge you to challenge yourself.

We all understand about the importance of learning new skills as a child but how many of us choose to learn a new skill as an adult?

And this is the area I want to focus on today, learning can contribute to the survival of old cells and the production of new ones. So the more that you exercise your brain, the better your brain will work despite your age.

Day 7

Todays challenge is around goals. But you know that I don’t do goals.

Too true. I don’t do hard goals, SMART goals or any other goals. But I do have things that I want to get done.

Today, I’d like you to pick one thing that you’d like to do. It can be sorting your sock drawer or taking over the world, the choice is yours.

You see, this isn’t about the goal, it’s about how you approach the goal.

Today I want you to consider getting a younger body and I promise you that I’m not talking about anything remotely immoral.

I’m inviting you to ignore your cell by date and choose a new one.

You know that I’m always going on about meal planning. But there is a reason. One of the best things that you can do for your body is to eat well and the easiest way to eat well is to plan what you’re going to eat.

Day 3

Today I’d like to suggest you get an early night.

I know that I’ve talked about getting up half an hour earlier in the mind section of this programme and I’m sure that, if you’re like me, you might also intend to go to bed earlier than you normally do.

Day 5

Today, I’d like you to think about giving yourself a fasting window.

Fasting is not something that I would ever suggest to weight loss clients in the first instance because I wouldn’t want them to turn this in to a thing, a technique, another ‘outside’ solution and the benefit of fasting to many people has nothing to do with weight loss and everything to do with health.

Today I’d like to talk about essential oils.

What is so good about essential oils? You know that you can burn them in an infuser and, depending on the strength and quality of oil, your room will smell nice.

You might know that these oils are often used when you have a massage but why am I talking about them here? Because essential oils have properties that address all aspects of our physical, mental and emotional health.

Today, I’d like to you think about money.
Money might be one of those things that’s often on your mind?

You might think that you don’t have a money attitude. You might be sure that you can make money but you might still have irrational fears about the potential consequences that a lack of money brings.

Many people think about money the way dieters think about food, in other words they think about it a lot. They obsess over the thought of it and what it will do for them, the pleasure they’ll get from having it but then don’t always enjoy it when they get it.

Just like emotional eating, this is when you look for something on the outside to change the way you feel on the inside. When you completely forget the fact that you’ve created this emotion via your own thoughts on the inside.

Today, I’d like to talk about financial self sabotage.

Financial self sabotage is the same as any other self sabotage. You might be doing well, meeting your bills and having some to spare and then, bam. You do something that tips you back to square one.

Suddenly, you’re back to worrying how you’re going to pay your bills and make a dent in your credit card repayment.

Day 6

Today, I’d like you to start to transform your money attitude.

You may not feel that you have a money attitude? Especially not a bad one. Maybe you’re happy with what comes in and what goes out which is fantastic. But just be aware of any niggling old conditioned beliefs.

Even when you think on a conscious level that you’re sorted, nothing to worry about here, move along, there’s often a shadow in the background.

So how can you transform a money attitude? Well, there are a few ways.

Live rich even if nothing changes. But I don’t feel rich, you might say. I get that. But if you’ve shone a light on your old beliefs and conditioned thinking and you’ve let go of resentment and any feelings of not being worthy to be wealthy, at least you’re on the right track.

Today I’d like you to write a letter. To yourself.

There are lots of different modalities that suggest that you write a letter to your younger self for reassurance that things work out but I’m not talking abut doing that, I’m suggesting that you write a letter to yourself from the perspective of ten years time.

Yes, that’s right. I want you to imagine that you’re writing a letter in 2030 to you in 2020.
