I don’t know what circumstances you’re going through that make you feel that you want to eat. But I do know that you’re feeling your thinking about the circumstances and not the actual circumstances.
Once you strip away the excuse that you have to eat when you’re feeling upset or sad, you can see that food has nothing to do with the feeling state that you’re in. Food is completely neutral. It’s the thought about the food that gives us the feeling.

What is the largest organ in your body is? Ok, pub quiz question I know, but many people don’t realise that it’s your skin. The largest, but also the last, place to receive nutrients. So if your skin is supple and and glowing, it generally means that your insides are in pretty good shape. But does your skin look like that? But what does it have to do with weight loss?
There have been many differing reports about whether you should drink anything at all to accompany your food. You’ve all heard that if you drink a glass of water before a meal you will be too full to eat too much or, if you sip water during your meal you’ll fill up on water and eat less, haven’t you? But, is this true?
But even if you’re drinking water every day, this doesn’t necessarily mean the cells of your body are being hydrated. Imagine every cell of your body ideally looks like a grape. This is the case when your cells are hydrated. A dehydrated state means your cells appear more like a sultana.
Lemon helps to maintain your immune system and protects you from infection. It is a blood purifier. Lemon is a fabulous antiseptic and works wonders for people having heart problems owing to its high potassium content.
So we know that we need to drink water to maintain a heathy liver. Our liver work extremely hard everyday to protect us from adverse effects from toxins and often it is easy for our livers to become overworked compromising our health.
